Description: Lime is used in everything from soft drinks to gums; it has a citrus flavor and is grown in warmer climates. The Spark Naturals Oil is cold pressed and has a fresh citrus sweet aroma. It has been useful to help with circulation and help the immune system

Historical Uses: Lime essential oil has been used to help cool fevers and help the immune system fight off sore throats, colds, flu, coughs and asthma.
