Recipes

Stress Away Roller blend

• 10 drops Lavender
• 10 drops Peppermint
• 10 drops Frankincense

Mix everything into a 10ml glass roll on bottle top off with fractionated coconut oil roll on wrists and forehead when stress is high.

 Diffuse Anxiety Away

• 3 drops Lavender
• 2 drops Patchouli
• 2 drops Vetiver
• 1 drop Roman Chamomile

When sick, apply diluted every few hours until symptoms subside.  Also try gargling in one drop Shield in 4 oz. water every few hours to clean and soothe sore throats due to a Cold, Strep, Flu, etc. Dilute and rub Shield onto your neck every few hours until symptoms subside.

Internally - Add a drop or two to a warm cup of tea. Mix a drop with a tablespoon of water, gargle and swallow. Put 4 drops in a capsule with olive oil and swallow.

Recipes

Allergy Saver Roller Bottle

• 10 drops Peppermint
• 10 drops Lemon
• 10 drops Lavender

Add oils to 10ml roller bottle top off fractionated coconut oil. Apply to bridge of nose, chest, and bottom of feet.

Sinus Pressure Relief

• 3 drops Peppermint
• 3 drops Eucalyptus
• 3 drops Lemon

Add essential oils to diffuser, add water (following manufacturers' instructions) and Diffuse.

3 drops Bergamot essential oil

2 drops Frankincense essential oil

2 drop Lavender essential oil

Fine Lines & Wrinkles Serum:

1/2 tsp. Vitamin e

5 drops Frankincense essential oil

3 drops Lavender essential oil

3 drops Rose essential oil

2 drops Sandalwood essential oil

2 drops Helichrysum essential oil

Add all oils to a 1oz glass bottle, top with Rosehip seed oil. To apply: gently shake bottle to mix, apply around eyes and problem areas in upward strokes, careful not to get serum in eyes. Apply morning and evenings after cleansing face.
