Congestion Diffuser Blend
3 drops Peppermint essential oil
2 drops Eucalyptus essential oil
2 drops Melaleuca essential oil
1 drop Lemon essential oil
ACV Conditioner Blend for Dandruff
6-8 drops Eucalyptus
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Cup Water
Blend water and ACV, add eucalyptus oil to the mix. After shampooing hair apply blend to hair and scalp and massage in. Let blend sit in hair for about 2 minutes, rinse with water. Vinegar smell will diminish as hair dries.

ANTI-AGING SERUM
2 drops Geranium essential oil
2 drops Lavender essential oil
2 drops Sandalwood essential oil

Directions: Mix all oils in dark glass container, cleanse and tone face then apply a couple of drops to wrinkles, fine lines, age spots, and other problem areas and gently massage.

6 drops Cypress essential oil
6 drops Lavender essential oil

1/4 cup Carrier Oil
Mix all oils in a glass bottle and roll between the palm of your hands to blend. Apply a nickel size amount to the palm of your hands and massage on your feet and ankles in long strokes up towards your heart.

2 drops Wild Orange essential oil
3 drops Lavender essential oil
2 tablespoons Carrier Oil of choice

DETOXIFYING BATH: Dilute 5-10 drops of Pine oil with 1 ounce of carrier and add it to a bath of warm water.

In aromatherapy Fennel is used as an appetite stimulant. Topically Fennel may be used for excess gas, bloated stomach or other digestive issues such as decreasing excess water and breaking down cellulite.
