MASSAGE BLENDS
To ease stress and promotes better digestion, dilute 10 drops of sage oil in 2 tsp. of carrier oil.
To calm symptoms of menopause while enhancing immunity and promoting the health and function of the circulatory system, dilute 5 drops of sage in 1 tsp. of carrier oil then add to warm bath.
DIFFUSE BLEND
Balance the mind, diminish anxiety and promote tranquility and relaxation. (Great to diffuse at bedtime)
