Extraction Method: Oleoresin (not technically an essential oil). 

• Vanilla oleoresin is not technically an essential oil since it cannot be produced by steam distillation or mechanically extracted from the plant. The solvents are removed from vanilla extract to produce vanilla oleoresin.

4 drops Helichrysum essential oil

2 drops Myrrh essential oil

6 drops Ginger essential oil

6 drops Blue Tansy essential oil

7 drops Patchouli essential oil

2 ounces Fractionated coconut oil

Directions: In a clean, dry pump bottle, add together all of the essential oils. Mix and blend by gentle shaking. Add in the carrier oil in portions, shaking the bottle gently after each addition. 1 drop Melaleuca

1 drop Lime

1 drop White Fir

1 drop Cilantro

Lime Cilantro Rice

2 cups water 

1 tablespoon butter

1 cup white rice

2 drops Lime

Description: Part of the Pinaceae plant family, Black Spruce (picea mariana) is a slow-growing evergreen conifer tree with blue-green needles. The oil  is a clear to pale yellow liquid with a fresh, sweet, woody aroma.

• 3 drops Helichrysum essential oil
• 2 drops Myrrh essential oil
