Swollen Feet and Ankles Relief
6 drops Cypress essential oil
6 drops Lavender essential oil
6 drops Lemongrass essential oil
6 drops Grapefruit essential oil
1/4 cup Carrier Oil
Mix all oils in a glass bottle and roll between the palm of your hands to blend. Apply a nickel size amount to the palm of your hands and massage on your feet and ankles in long strokes up towards your heart.
Varicose and Spider Veins
3 drops Cypress essential oil
2 drops Wild Orange essential oil
3 drops Lavender essential oil
2 tablespoons Carrier Oil of choice
Mix all the ingredients above in a small glass bottle. Apply to the legs twice daily, massaging the oil mixture in well, moving in the direction of the heart to improve blood flow and reduce the appearance and discomfort of spider and varicose veins.
