Shield - Protective Blend

Legend has it that in 15th century England, thieves working in the spice industry created their own blend of Clove, Cinnamon Bark, Lemon, Eucalyptus, and Rosemary to protect themselves from disease while robbing graves of plague victims. With its spicy and warm aroma, Shield Blend’s potential benefits include fighting infections and boosting the immune system. This potent blend is uncut, meaning it contains the essential oils only and is not diluted with a carrier oil.

About the Blend:

Lemon oil - can effectively reduce fevers and lower levels of free radical activities.

Eucalyptus oil - can fight all kinds of bacteria and viruses.

Rosemary oil - like eucalyptus, it contains the compound cineole. Cineole may help break up mucus and reduce inflammation. 

Clove oil - high anti-inflammatory properties, clove oil can help with sore throat, cough, cold and sinusitis. 

Cinnamon oil - helps protect against germs that cause respiratory problems.

Uses: 

Diffuse - a few drops of Shield in bedrooms, bathrooms, and other main living areas throughout the house to purify the air and allow the protective blend to enter the body’s airways.

Topically - For preventative care, apply to the bottom of the feet nightly (dilute for young or sensitive skin). When sick, apply diluted every few hours until symptoms subside.  Also try gargling in one drop Shield in 4 oz. water every few hours to clean and soothe sore throats due to a Cold, Strep, Flu, etc. Dilute and rub Shield onto your neck every few hours until symptoms subside.

Internally - Add a drop or two to a warm cup of tea. Mix a drop with a tablespoon of water, gargle and swallow. Put 4 drops in a capsule with olive oil and swallow.
