Cinnamon Sugar Scrub
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 tsp. Pure Vanilla extract
3 drops Cinnamon Bark
Combine the cinnamon oil, vanilla extract, and sugar together until all ingredients are well mixed. Slowly add the coconut oil until the mixture is the desired consistency and texture. Apply to skin in a gentle circular motion. Rinse off and moisturize as usual.
Store in a glass container in a dark cool place.

To Relieve Upset Stomach:
Put 1-2 drops of Ginger essential oil in water and drink, to help with an upset stomach.
Rub 1-2 drops of Ginger essential oil on your stomach or bottom of your feet to aid in digestions.
Ginger Lime Body Scrub:
1/2 cup Coconut oil
1/2 cup Brown sugar
15 drops Lime essential oil
10 drops ginger essential oil
Directions: Mix ingredients together until well blended. Store in an airtight container.

Directions: Add all ingredients to a container and mix well. Use a spoon to scoop out and scrub onto wet skin. Rinse well, and enjoy the results.
Note: Coffee Bean essential oil is very thick and difficult to get even one drop out. Remove the orifice reducer and use a glass dropper.
