Eucalyptus | Pure Essential Oil
Description: Eucalyptus essential oil is derived from Eucalyptus radiata, a tree known for its tall growth up to 300 feet and water-intensive cultivation. It has a distinctive fresh, sharp aroma with water-like viscosity. The tree has been historically planted to help dry land and improve land moisture levels.
Materials: This essential oil is distilled from eucalyptus leaves, via steam distillation, resulting in a clear, pale yellow liquid. It contains natural compounds such as 1,8-cineole, responsible for its characteristic aroma and properties.
Dimensions and Compatibility: Available in bottles of 5 mL or 15 mL. Suitable for use in diffusers, topical applications with dilution, or homemade blends. Compatible with carrier oils for topical use and in aromatherapy devices.
Properties: The oil is known for antiseptic, astringent, deodorant, diuretic, sedative, and vasoconstrictor qualities. Its antiseptic nature makes it useful for sanitizing and cleaning, while its vasoconstrictor and sedative properties may contribute to respiratory and relaxation benefits.
Uses and Benefits: Eucalyptus oil uses include aromatically diffusing to improve concentration, relieve respiratory issues, and assist with hay fever and headaches. It can be diffused as an insect repellant or diluted for topical applications. Diluted and gargled, it may help soothe sore throat. Topically, it is applied to help with muscle aches and nasal congestion. This oil is ideal for those seeking natural respiratory support, muscle relief, or interested in creating aromatic blends for health and wellness. It is also suitable for budget-conscious consumers looking for versatile essential oils that provide multiple benefits.
Included in the Package: The product ships in a sealed bottle of pure eucalyptus essential oil.
