The Power of Copaiba Essential Oil

Copaiba essential oil should be a staple in your essential oil collection and here is why.

Contrary to popular belief, Copaiba essential oil is not a cannabinoid like CBD. Although it does contain some cannabinoid-like terpenes such as beta caryophyllene, it does not contain CBD.

Beta-caryophyllene is a major constituent of Copaiba essential oil and it has shown to relieve inflammation and oxidative stress. Beta-caryophyllene is a chemical much like the cannabinoids that you find in cannabis. While Copaiba essential oil has a type of cannabinoid in it, it does not contain the chemical that gives you the high that goes with cannabis. All you get is the many benefits.

Copaiba is known for it’s healing, therapeutic, and soothing properties. You may dilute a few drops of Copaiba essential oil with a carrier oil and massage onto your skin to help reduce swelling and pain.

Copaiba essential oil is also great to alleviate sore muscles and joints, making it an excellent massage oil blend. Add a few drops to your favorite massage/carrier oil and massage onto skin to relieve pain and muscle tension.
