Pure Birch oil contains 99% methyl salicylate, which has a cortisone-like quality as it reduces discomfort in the muscles, bones, and joints. Birch Essential Oil Uses

Uses:

-Used extensively in massage oils to help muscular aches and pains.

-Massage to relieve arthritis, rheumatism, cramps, and tendinitis.

-Birch is also used as an anti-inflammatory.

Birch Essential Oil Application:
Can be used aromatically
Can be used topically (Apply Neat)

Caution:

People with epilepsy should avoid this oil because it has high concentration of methyl salicylate. This oil should also be avoided by during pregnancy. Test a small sample on your skin before using this oil topically.

For Arthritis Pain

10ml roller bottle

5 drops Eucalyptus

5 drops Birch

3 drops Peppermint

10 drops Lavender

5 drops Rosemary

Top with carrier oil and gently apply and massage to affected areas twice a day.
